Other Escape Rooms in Memphis
While we’d love to bring our guests back again and again for more escape room fun, eventually they’ll run out of rooms to play at Breakout. Since rooms should only be played 1 time, you’ll eventually need new rooms to try. Fortunately, there are plenty of other escape rooms in Memphis for you to play! Here are some of the better ones we’ve come across in our own escaping escapades: Check out I Escaped Memphis, Bluff City Escape Rooms, Escapology Memphis, and Memphis Escape Rooms. Each of these locations has its own take on escape rooms, and while we consider are own rooms to be the best, others can be a ton of fun as well!

The puzzle-based subscription service is similar to Dispatch in that you’ll be receiving a monthly box, but the puzzle inside is geared specifically for early learners (ages 3-5). Here, your young ones will be thrown into a kid-friendly adventure story where they’ll discover basic skills that will get them ready to succeed in kindergarten and years ahead. This fun and engaging story will teach your little ones hands-on problem solving skills, motor skills, and how to work together with their friends. Get your child ready for school with Dispatch Kids!
Escape Room Tips and Strategy
Few things can adequately prepare someone for the intensity and excitement of an escape room, but here are a few quick pointers: Work together as a team. There’s no need to showboat or make conflict with teammates. You’re all striving for the common goal of escaping in time. Also, keep an eye on the clock, as time passes very quickly. Lastly, take advantage of your clues. We try to offer assistance when needed, and inevitably, most groups get stuck on something or another. So instead of digging deep into your advanced Calculus knowledge, when you get stumped for 5-10 minutes on a single step, just ask for help. Chances are the solution was something pretty simple that you guys just happened to miss. Trust me, you’ll feel a lot better having broken out after using 2 clues than fretting over what went wrong when you refused to ask for help.
Restaurants and Recommendations for an Escape Room Night
Playing an escape rooms is thrilling, and you’ll probably want to sit down with your group afterwards and discuss all the finer points and details of the room you just played. However, we prefer you not to openly discuss the game in our lobby since another group may be waiting to play the very same room! What we recommend instead is for you to head out to a restaurant for dinner or drinks so that you can enjoy each other’s company without the intensity of being inside one of our rooms with the clock winding down.
