These terms apply to text messages sent by Breakout Operations, LLC (doing business as Breakout Games) ("Breakout Games," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for Breakout Games text messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR

When you opt in through a sign-up form on our website or any other method we offer, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Breakout Games at the mobile number you provide. These may include special offers, discounts, new room announcements and other news. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COSTS

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.

3. HOW TO OPT OUT

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any more marketing messages unless you sign up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
