At Breakout Games, our guests’ experience is our top priority. In addition to being one of the few escape rooms to always provide private room experiences, we also maintain a flexible booking policy. We understand that events pop up and you need to reschedule your escape game experience. We are always more than happy to work with you to book your game with no strings attached! The easiest way to reschedule is to call your local Breakout Games store and ask to reschedule. There will never be a fee or penalty for doing so and we want for you to feel comfortable with the booking day and time you've chosen.

During the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we want to again assure all Breakout customers that their health and safety are our No. 1 priority. While we are happy to move and reschedule any game to a later date and in rare cases, can offer a full refund, Breakout Games continues to offer our unique private experiences along with being proactive in our meticulous sanitation process.
